Privacy Policy
Who we are
Influmesh (出圈) is operated by 香港弘昭科技 (Hong Kong Hongzhao Technology), based in Hong Kong. This policy explains what data we collect when you use influmesh.com or our creator-matching service, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Product information you submit — the product link or description you paste in to generate a match. We use this only to run the matching/content engine for your request.
- Account & order data — if you purchase a plan, we store your order status, plan tier, and (if you provide it) your email, so we can issue access and handle support. We never see or store your card number — card payments are processed directly by Stripe.
- Usage data — request logs and quota counters, kept to prevent abuse and debug failures.
- Public creator data — to power matching, we enrich publicly available creator profile data (follower counts, public bio text, public engagement metrics) from platform APIs and third-party data providers. This is public information about creators, not something we collect from you.
- Local storage — a signed access token is kept in your browser's localStorage after purchase, so you don't need to re-verify on every visit. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
How we use it
To run the matching and content-generation engine you requested, to process payment and grant access, to improve match quality over time (aggregated performance data, not shared across customers), and to prevent abuse of free-tier usage.
Third parties we send data to
Running the engine means parts of your request are sent to these processors, each for a specific step:
- Anthropic (Claude API) — audience inference, creator matching, brief writing, quality review.
- Voyage AI — text embeddings for semantic matching.
- Apify, YouTube Data API — creator discovery and public profile enrichment.
- Groq — audio transcription for creator video review (finalist candidates only).
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment details.
- Cloudflare — hosting and database infrastructure (Workers + D1).
We do not sell your data to anyone.
Data retention
Order and account records are kept for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period for accounting/support purposes. Submitted product descriptions and generated results are retained to support the feedback loop that improves future matches, but are not published or shared with other customers.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@influmesh.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
Influmesh is a B2B tool for brands and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
