Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using influmesh.com or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you're using Influmesh on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company.
2. What the service does
Influmesh matches your product to creators scored on audience fit and real performance, and generates content briefs reverse-engineered from real ads/videos already working in your target market. It has three outputs: creator briefs, brand-owned content briefs, and paid-ad scripts. These are creative starting points, not guaranteed-to-convert assets — real-world performance depends on execution, creator quality, and market conditions we don't control.
3. Accounts & payment
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page at time of purchase. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — email hello@influmesh.com and we'll work it out with you directly, since we don't yet have a large enough track record to publish a fixed refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use Influmesh to generate content that's illegal, deceptive, or violates the platforms you'll publish on.
- You're responsible for how you brief, pay, and work with any creators you contact — Influmesh surfaces matches and content ideas, it doesn't manage the creator relationship for you.
- Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the angle library or matching results in bulk.
5. Ownership
Generated briefs and scripts are yours to use once delivered. The underlying angle library, matching data, and engine remain the property of 香港弘昭科技.
6. No guarantees
We don't guarantee that matched creators will respond, that generated content will convert, or that any specific business outcome will result from using Influmesh. The service is provided "as is."
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 香港弘昭科技's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
We may suspend access for abuse of the service (e.g., circumventing free-tier limits, scraping). You can stop using the service at any time; paid access continues per the terms of your specific plan.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
